RATECARD

RENT & SERVICES

Per Performance - $8450 ($7850 Monday-Tuesday)
Per Theatrical Week - $51500
Per Performance Without paid admission - $9500
Per Load-in / Load-out / Technical Day - $6950
Without Performance

These rates include basic rental fee, building engineer, front-of-house management staff, box office advance and performance staff, ushers, porters, production manager, standard cleaning, marquee listing, local telephone service (two lines), in-house sound/lights (except for audio console and spotlights), utilities, police and standard security up to five hours.

Additional costs not included in the fixed rental and service packages above include stagehand labor, backstage security, spotlight use, additional equipment rentals or production needs, permits or licenses if required, additional security requirements, and ticketing charges.

INSURANCE
Renter is required to fully insure itself, its officers, directors, employees, agents and presentations, at its own expense for Worker’s Compensation and Employer’s Liability (including Disability Benefits), Comprehensive General Liability (personal injury, including bodily injury; Property Damage; Theft and Fire insurance;
Landlord and Tenant public liability naming Warner Theatre Operating Group; SFX Theatrical, Theatre Management Group, Live Nation Inc., Warner Investments, LP; Charles E. Smith Commercial Realty as additional insured.

Specific requirements for insurance shall be a part of the written agreement between Renter and Theatre.

STAGEHANDS - IATSE LOCAL 22
(These pay rates, effective 9/1/07, include the Pension, Welfare and Annuity fund benefit contributions required by the Theatre’s contract with Local 22 of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees. These pay rates increase contractually each September. Additional wage required under certain conditions including time-and-a-half on Sundays and certain holidays and 25% premium on recording/broadcast events.)

WARDROBE - LOCAL 772
(These pay rates, effective 8/1/07, include the Pension, Welfare and Annuity fund benefit contributions required by the Theatre’s agreement with Local 772 of the international Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees. These pay rates increase contractually each August.)

ADDITIONAL CHARGES, AS APPLICABLE

Unarmed Security-FOH   $22 per hour; 4 hour minimum (first 5 hours – no charge)
Unarmed Security-Backstage   $19 per hour; 4 hour minimum
Metropolitan Police   $36.25 per hour; 4 hour minimum (first 5 hours – no charge)
Ushers   $15 per person per hour (up to 25 ushers, first 5 hours - no charge)
Follow Spots   $75 per spot per performance
Audio Console   $200 per performance, max $600
Riser   $50 per performance, max $150/week per riser
Broadcast Consideration   $5000
Kitchen Usage   $50 per day
White House Invitation   $1500 plus additional security expenses
Telephone Service   10/day ($25/week) per DID line, local service only
Merchandise Sales   35% of net after sales tax, plus collection of sales tax
Advertising Placement   15% Commission
ADA Sign Language Interpreter   Varies by Vendor

TICKETING EXPENSES

B/O or Secondary Printing   10¢ per ticket
Internet/Phone Sales   2.5% $gross sales
TicketMaster Outlet Sales   25¢ per ticket
B/O Credit Card Sales   4% sold by box office
Preservation Fee   $2.00 per paid ticket
Group Sales via Theatre  

10% $gross sales

Group Sales-Processing   $8.50 per account

ADDITIONAL FEES

Penalty-Lack of Rider   $750, only if proper advance information not received at least
Event Advisory   ten days prior to load-in
Penalty-Late Start   $500, only if performance schedule changes without proper notification

NOTE: All service fees outlined in this document for theatre staffing include expenses associated with FICA, FUTA, SUTA, Worker's Compensation and associated payroll processing charges.

This ratecard is effective January 2008 and is subject to change.
